Pets
Long Reef Condominiums maintains a “No Pets” policy. No pets of any kind will be kept, raised, or bred in any unit or in common areas.
Pool
The swimming pool is for residents only. Guests are welcome, but must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Residents must limit the number of guests to four (4) per unit.
No children under the age of 16 are permitted unless accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Pool hours are Sunday through Thursday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Friday through Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Laundry
Long Reef laundry facilities may only be used by Long Reef residents.
Residents must remove their belongings immediately after using laundry equipment in order to allow other residents to use the same equipment.
